Olivia was so helpful, she answered all of my questions beforehand whether by email or phone and has a fantastic customer service ethos. I have been incredibly impressed with the quality of work performed not only on installing a new central heating system, but also a thermostatic shower. Lewis is a real artisan of laying copper piping and does a professional job. It was a shame that the pipes got covered over with kitchen furniture as they were laid so neatly. Olivia is also a joy to work with. Her communication and scheduling has been professional.
