We first met them during a short-notice call-out, and ended up working with them for several months on what became a complicated project involving electrics, plumbing, building work and coordination in a listed property. Throughout the process, Olivia, Liam and Lewis were outstanding. They handled the technical challenges with professionalism, patience and skill. This all happened during a very difficult time for us as a family, and the team went above and beyond in a very personal way in their kindness and support for me and our young children. On behalf of my daughter and son in law, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the boiler fitting. Olivia was so helpful, she answered all of my questions beforehand whether by email or phone and has a fantastic customer service ethos. I told her that my daughter was waiting for other quotes as well, after which Olivia matched that price plus dropped the price a tiny bit more, which all helps with today’s struggles. I felt very cheeky asking if the company price matched but please never be afraid to ask, they can either say yes or no. The fitter was also a very nice hardworking young man, very polite too. So, thank you once again to a great company who I would gladly recommend.

Absolutely blown away by the work Notts Gas and Electric did converting our garage into a lovely colourful bathroom, complete with a jet bathtub. Lewis and the team were brilliant — friendly, professional, and happy to run with our bold design ideas. The finished result speaks for itself. Five stars, would not hesitate to recommend!

I have been incredibly impressed with the quality of work performed not only on installing a new central heating system, but also a thermostatic shower. Lewis is a real artisan of laying copper piping and does a professional job. Olivia is also a joy to work with – her communication and scheduling has been professional. Liam & Lewis fitted our kitchen, which included electrics, plastering & plumbing as well as gas piping. Several problems were encountered during the fitment, but were quickly thought out and rectified with their experience & expertise. A very professional organisation who I would highly recommend. A great couple of guys, patient, courteous & nothig is too much trouble.

Very responsive and did their up most to repair a faulty boiler at short notice. Highly recommended.
